The synergistic weeding composition comprises three active ingredients consisting of (a) the pyribenzoxim, (b)the 2-methyl-4-chloro-phenoxyacetic acid or the derivative thereof, and (c)the bentazone in a weight ratio of 1-100: 1-100:1-100. The weeding composition also can comprise a safety agent. The weeding composition is prepared through ternary complex formulation of the pyribenzoxim, the 2-methyl-4-chloro-phenoxyacetic acid or the derivative thereof, and the bentazone, so that defects caused by single use of the pyribenzoxim can be effectively overcome, a weed killing spectrum for weeds is enlarged, and at the same time generation of drug resistance is postponed. The weeds in the rice fields can be basically removed by using the weeding composition for once, so that the weeding composition is labor saving, time saving, and effort saving, can alleviate some of the rural labor shortage, and at the same time can play a certain role in increase in both production and income of rice.
