The invention relates to a synergistic weeding composition. The synergistic weeding composition comprises weeding activity components consisting of pyribenzoxim and pyrazosulfuron-ethyl, and is suitable for selective control of weeds in beneficial crops such as rice. The synergistic weeding composition comprises the weeding activity components consisting of the pyribenzoxim and the pyrazosulfuron-ethyl, wherein the weight ratio of the pyribenzoxim to the pyrazosulfuron-ethyl is 100: 1 to 1:100. The synergistic weeding composition also can comprise a safety agent. The novel weeding composition is prepared through ternary complex formulation of the pyribenzoxim and the pyrazosulfuron-ethyl, so that defects caused by single use of the pyribenzoxim can be effectively overcome, a weed killing spectrum for the weeds is enlarged, and at the same time generation of drug resistance is postponed. The weeds in rice fields can be basically removed by one-time use of the weeding composition, so that the weeding composition is labor saving, time saving, and effort saving, can alleviate some of the rural labor shortage, and at the same time can play a certain role in increase of both production and income of the rice. The weeding composition shows an enhanced effect on the control of broadleaf weeds, gramineae weeds and cyperaceae weeds of the rice fields.
