The insulated impregnating resin comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polybutadiene epoxy resin, 60-100 parts of epoxy resin, 30-100 parts of low-viscosity epoxy compounds, 15-60 parts of vinyl toluene, 5-15 parts of epoxy curing agent, 0.05-3.0 parts of initiator and 0.005-0.05 part of inhibitor, wherein the mole ratio of epoxy groups to double bonds in the polybutadiene epoxy resin is (0.2-1.5):1; and the low-viscosity epoxy compounds are 4-vinylcyclohexene dioxide or dimethyl substituted 4-vinylcyclohexene dioxide or a mixture of the 4-vinylcyclohexene dioxide and the dimethyl substituted 4-vinylcyclohexene dioxide. The impregnating resin provided by the invention is a low-carbon environment-friendly product which not only has excellent ammonia corrosion resistance, electrical performance and heat resistance, but also is low in curing temperature, good in storage stability and suitable for stator insulation treatment of an ammonia refrigeration motor, an ammonia pipe motor and the like.
