The overflow circulation system with the upper wire-feeding structure and the lower wire-feeding structure comprises an overflow circulation tank, an ultrasonic-wave oil removal tank welded to the inside of the overflow circulation tank, an upper wire-guiding wheel structure and a lower wire-guiding wheel structure. The cleaning fluid circulation system with the thermostatic control function comprises a cleaning fluid circulation tank and heaters, wherein the cleaning fluid circulation tank is respectively connected with a cleaning fluid inlet and a cleaning fluid outlet through cleaning fluid pipelines, the heaters are welded to side walls of the cleaning fluid circulation tank, an upward partition plate is welded to a position which is one third of the length of the cleaning fluid circulation tank, and a downward partition plate is welded to a position which is one half of the length of the cleaning fluid circulation tank.
