Abstract

The invention relates to a replaceable motor vehicle exhaust particulate removing system which comprises an exhaust inlet, an exhaust emptying port, a particulate trap housing, a filtering body, a differential pressure sensor, a by-pass pipe and a safety valve, wherein the particulate trap housing is arranged between the exhaust inlet and the exhaust emptying port; the filtering body is arranged in the particulate trap housing, and used for trapping particulates; the differential pressure sensor is arranged between the exhaust inlet and the exhaust emptying port, and used for measuring filtering pressure drop, namely exhaust back pressure, of the filtering body; the by-pass pipe is arranged between the exhaust inlet and the exhaust emptying port; the safety valve is arranged in the by-pass pipe, and used for opening and closing the by-pass pipe; and when the exhaust back pressure is greater than a first preset threshold and the preset time is reached, the safety valve is opened, so that exhaust is discharged into an atmosphere directly by the by-pass pipe.
