The structure comprises multiple groups of scroll spring energy storage boxes which are connected in series, wherein each group of scroll spring energy storage boxes comprises two or more monomer scroll spring energy storage boxes which are connected in series; two or more monomer scroll spring energy storage boxes are arranged in a staggered manner in forward and reverse directions to form one scroll spring energy storage set, and the monomer scroll spring energy storage boxes are connected through connecting shafts; two ends of each connecting shaft are fixedly connected with rear end covers of two adjacent scroll spring energy storage boxes; a bearing is mounted at the middle of each connecting shaft to support two adjacent monomer scroll spring energy storage box bodies to rotate synchronously.
