Abstract

The invention provides a user service requirement parameter determining method and a user service requirement parameter determining device. The method comprises the steps of acquiring a service record of a normal service of a user, wherein the service record comprises service type information, duration information, traffic information, service initiating time and service experiencing start time of every service; for any of the service type, extracting at least one kind of corresponding information from the service type information, the duration information, the traffic information, the service initiating time and the service experiencing start time according to a key quality index (KQI) corresponding to the service type information; calculating a service requirement parameter of every service corresponding to the service type information according to the extracted at least one kind of information; and counting the service requirement parameter of every service corresponding to the service type information to determine parameters of the user service requirement for the service type. The embodiment of the invention effectively solves the technical problem of low accuracy of determining the user service requirement in the prior art.
