Abstract

The invention discloses a pre-treatment apparatus for test of a nitrate nitrogen isotope in water body. The pre-treatment apparatus comprises at least one pre-treatment pipeline. The pre-treatment pipeline comprises a water-supply pump, a water inlet and storage tank, a peristaltic pump, a resin exchange adsorption column and a water drainage and storage barrel which are communicated with one another successively, wherein the water inlet and storage tank is provided with an on-line test probe for nitrate nitrogen in inlet water; the water drainage and storage barrel is provided with an on-line test probe for nitrate nitrogen in drainage water; and the on-line test probe for nitrate nitrogen in the inlet water and the on-line test probe for nitrate nitrogen in the drainage water are connected with a data acquisition and control system. The pre-treatment apparatus provided by the invention is suitable for pretreatment (adsorption process) for the test of the nitrate nitrogen isotope in various water bodies. Compared with a conventional indoor pretreatment method, a pretreatment method employing the pre-treatment apparatus provided by the invention can overcome the problems of low treatment efficiency and complex applications in a normal pretreatment method for the test of the nitrate nitrogen isotope in the water body, realizes intellectualized operations, and greatly increases pretreatment efficiency.
