The concrete cracking monitoring method comprises the specific steps of: step 1, coating a protective coating on the surface of the conductive polymer; step 2, measuring a relation between a tension strain value of the conductive polymer and an electrical resistivity of the polymer, wherein the measured tension strain value of the conductive polymer is an allowable tension strain value of the conductive polymer; step 3, pouring the conductive polymer and concrete into a needed shape and leading out a lead wire from the conductive polymer; step 4, connecting the led-out lead wire with a resistance measurement device and collecting an actual resistance value of the conductive polymer in real time; and step 5, determining an actual tension strain value of the conductive polymer and comparing the actual tension strain value with the allowable tension strain value of the conductive polymer, wherein if the actual tension strain of the conductive polymer is higher than the allowable tension strain of the conductive polymer, the concrete has the danger of cracking.
