Problems solved by technology

[0003] However, the peristaltic pump repeatedly squeezes the infusion tube, causing great damage to the infusion tube, resulting in a decrease in the resilience of the tube and affecting the accuracy of the infusion
When working for a long time, there is even a risk of squeezing the infusion tube

Abstract

A transfusion pump comprises a casing, a driving module, a piston, a pressure sensing module and a control module. The casing comprises a containing portion and a guide portion. The containing portion is used for containing a transfusion bag, and a liquid outlet is arranged in the lateral wall. The driving module is arranged at one end of the guide portion far away from the containing portion, and the driving end of the driving module can reciprocate along the guide portion. The piston is arranged in the casing and connected with the driving end. The pressure sensing module is arranged on the lateral wall of the piston far away from the driving module to obtain a pressure value between the transfusion bag and the piston. The control module, the driving module and the pressure sensing module are in communication connection. The control module receives the pressure value between the transfusion bag and the piston and measured by the pressure sensing module and controls the driving module according to the pressure value. When the pressure value is larger than preset pressure value, the control module controls the driving module to stop. When the pressure value is smaller than or equal to the preset pressure value, the control module controls the driving module to proceed at constant speed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a medical infusion device, in particular to an infusion pump. Background technique [0002] The infusion pump is an instrument that can accurately control the number of infusion drops or the flow rate of the infusion, so as to ensure that the drug can enter the patient's body with a uniform speed, an accurate dose, and a safe effect. At the same time, the infusion pump can also improve the efficiency and flexibility of clinical drug administration operations and reduce the workload of nursing. The infusion pump achieves the purpose of controlling the infusion speed by acting on the infusion catheter. Most infusion pumps use finger-press peristaltic structure to achieve higher infusion pressure. The finger-pressing peristaltic structure is composed of a motor, a transmission mechanism, a peristaltic shaft, a peristaltic cam, an extrusion pump piece, and a pressing plate. When working, the micro-processing chip controls the ro...
