Abstract

The invention discloses a system and a method for calculating driving torque of a wind driven generator yaw system. The method comprises the steps of modeling with finite element software as a platform and performing solid grid division on a rack bottom plate, a transverse suspending rod, a yaw gear ring, an upper friction plate, a lower friction plate and an adjusting bolt; simulating a disc spring component by a one-way pressed spring unit, wherein one end of the disc spring component is connected with the lower friction plate and the other end of the disc spring component is connected with the adjusting bolt; establishing a node in the center of a tower top flange support surface and connecting the node to the rack bottom plate through a rigid beam unit, wherein the node is used for exerting tower top limit load; defining the material attributes of all the components, wherein the non-linear rigidity of the disc spring component is defined according to tested data of a test; defining constrained boundary conditions and exerting clamping force of the upper friction plate and the lower friction plate as well as outer load; exerting a tiny angular displacement on the node to solve the yaw driving torque.
