The ferrite module for the electronic equipment, which is disclosed by the invention, can provide the ferrite layer which can individually cover the antenna or the coil on the inner side wall of the casing of the electronic equipment according to the shape of the inner side wall of the casing of the electronic equipment, so that the gap between the ferrite layer and the antenna or the coil can be reduced and a better electromagnetic shielding effect can be provided in a narrow space.
