The electromagnetic differential mechanism mainly comprises an outer rotor and an inner rotor, wherein the outer rotor consists of an outer rotor iron core and a squirrel-cage winding, and a closed-loop circuit is formed by the squirrel-cage winding in a way that copper bars are inserted into the outer rotor iron core and that the two ends of each copper bar are welded on two copper end rings of the squirrel-cage winding; the inner rotor consists of an inner rotor iron core, an inner rotor winding and a rotating shaft, and the inner rotor iron core is also a part of a motor magnetic circuit; the inner rotor winding is a part of the circuit; one end of the rotating shaft is connected with a spiral conveyor by a key, and the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with a velometer; the velometer is connected with a variable-frequency control cabinet, speed is simultaneously fed back to the variable-frequency control cabinet, the rotating speed is changed by the variable-frequency control cabinet through a variable-frequency speed regulating method, and the rotating speed is provided to the spiral conveyor.
