The gas-liquid two-phase energy storage and power compensation system of the wind power plant comprises a power detection adjusting device, a gas-liquid phase change energy storage device and a gas-liquid two-phase power generation device, wherein the power detection adjusting device is connected with the gas-liquid phase change energy storage device and the gas-liquid two-phase power generation device; the gas-liquid phase change energy storage device and the gas-liquid two-phase power generation device form a circulation loop. By means of the gas-liquid two-phase energy storage and power compensation system of the wind power plant, the electric energy production of a power unit can be changed by adjusting the opening degree of an air inlet valve of an expansion machine, wind energy can be converted into heat energy, mechanical energy and electric energy, the output power of the whole system can be controlled, the system on the scale can be used for producing electric energy and compensating for the grid power vacancy, and the whole system is safe and environmentally friendly in the working process, and can avoid the negative effects on the ecological environment caused by the existing energy storage technology.
