Embodiment Construction

[0039] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0040] refer to image 3 As shown, a color correction device based on an RGBIR image sensor of the present invention includes an original RGBIR image input unit 11, a front color correction unit 12, a rear color correction unit 13 and a corrected image output unit 14 connected in sequence . The pre-color correction unit 12 completes RGBIR four-channel color correction under various ratios of visible light and infrared light. The rear color correction unit 13 completes RGB three-channel color correction under various color temperature conditions. The corrected image output unit 14 outputs the final corrected RGB image.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for correcting color based on an RGBIR (red, green and blue, infra red) image sensor. The method comprises the following steps of entering an RGBIR image; interpolating the image, and calculating the channel values of an RGB (red, green and blue) channel and an IR (infra red) channel on each pixel position; calculating the channel statistical values of an RGB channel and an IR channel in a particular area; according to the statistical values, looking up the table to obtain the correction coefficients of the current scene; configuring the correction coefficients into a correction matrix, and separating the RGB channel and the IR channel; carrying out the color correction on the separated RGB channel, to obtain the corrected RGB image. A pre-correcting unit eliminates the effect of invisible light on the RGB channel of the original image, and the output utilizes a back-correcting unit to eliminate the effect of wavelength change of visible light on the RGB channel. The method not only can correct the color of the RBGIR image sensor, but also can divide the color correction into two relatively independent parts, and can be well compatible with the color correction method in the existing image processing module.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a color correction method and an implementation device based on an RGBIR image sensor. Background technique [0002] RGBIR is a new filter arrangement for image sensors. Compared with the Bayer format filter arrangement commonly used in traditional image sensors, RGBIR replaces some of the green filters in the Bayer format with infrared filters (Infra Red, IR for short). Compared with the Bayer format image sensor, the RGBIR format image sensor has the advantage that it can simultaneously sense visible light and non-visible light. figure 1 It is a common RGBIR filter arrangement. In the following, for the convenience of writing, we refer to all the pixels covered with red filters on the image sensor as R channel pixels. Similarly, the pixels covered with green, blue and IR filters are called G channel pixels, B channel pixels and IR channel pixels respectively. channel pixels. Since infrared light is a kind of invisible lig...
