Problems solved by technology

Among them, the single control unit is the simplest, which is convenient for engineering implementation, but the conventional transformer isolation drive can only drive a small number of series modules at the same time. As the number of modules exceeds 2, the complexity of the circuit and insulation isolation are difficult to achieve

Abstract

The invention discloses an optical fiber driving type modular input series voltage division circuit which comprises a control unit which is used for achieving loop control and sending out PWM electric signals, an optical fiber transmitting unit connected with the control unit and used for receiving the PWM electric signals sent out by the control unit, converting the PWM electric signals into multiple synchronous optical signals and sending out the optical signals through optical fibers, an optical fiber receiving unit connected with the optical fiber transmitting unit through the optical fibers and used for receiving the optical signals sent out by the optical transmitting unit, converting the optical signals into synchronous PWM driving signals and sending out the PWM driving signals, and a voltage sharing module used for receiving the PWM driving signals sent out by the optical fiber receiving unit and sending the PWM driving signals to a load after voltage reduction, rectification and filtration. Due to the high-speed characteristic of the optical fibers, synchronous turning-on and synchronous turning-off of all the modules are guaranteed, and each module is made to have the dynamic voltage sharing characteristic within each switch period. The optical fiber driving type modular input series voltage division circuit is simple in structure and high in insulation and voltage resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of high-voltage DC input power supply, in particular to a modularized input series voltage divider circuit driven by optical fibers. Background technique [0002] With the development of the national economy, high-voltage DC input power supplies have a wide range of applications. DC withstand voltage and leakage tests of high-voltage electrical equipment are widely used in power systems, such as field experiments on power system arresters, power cables, transformer windings, and generators. Environmental dust removal, sewage treatment, laser, etc. through high-voltage discharge in industry. In medicine, it is used in X-ray, CT and other large medical equipment. It is used in high-energy physics and plasma physics in scientific research, radar transmitters and pulse ignition technology in military, etc. [0003] For DC converters with relatively high input voltage levels, an Input Series Output Parallel (ISOP) type c...
