The resource comprises a gene type material H224 which can accelerate the homozygosis of the rice varieties. The material belongs to a partial japonica type conventional rice germplasm resource. The gene material is hybridized with the rice varieties with different plant types and different sub-species (nonglutinous rice and japonica rice); all combinations receive a single spike in F1 generation; a group with more than 100 plants is formed on each single spike in F2 generation; more than 98% of the homozygosis state is represented in 10% of a single spike group in each family; F3 generation has 20% of mono-system homozygosis and F4 generation has 30% of the mono-system homozygosis; and the homozygosis possibility is the lowest numerical value in all the combinations.
