Abstract

The invention discloses an electronic system, a radiofrequency power amplifier and a temperature compensation method of the radiofrequency power amplifier. The radiofrequency amplifier comprises a bias voltage current generating unit, a first impedance unit, a second impedance unit, a third impedance unit and an output level unit. The bias voltage current generating unit receives a reference voltage; a first voltage with a negative temperature coefficient exists between the first impedance unit and the second impedance unit and the second impedance unit receives a grounding current; a voltage exists between the third impedance unit and the second impedance unit and the second voltage is a partial voltage of the first voltage. The bias voltage current generating unit outputs a bias voltage current with a positive temperature coefficient according to the second voltage.
