Embodiment 1

[0036] (1) Preparation of copper algae crude polysaccharide

[0037] Soak the collected fresh copper algae with ethanol solution (mass concentration: 75%) for 12 hours, then filter and dry, and add the dried copper algae into distilled water, wherein the dosage ratio of copper algae to distilled water is 1g: 20mL. The copper algae tissue soaked for 2 hours was crushed, heated at 90°C for 1 hour, cooled and filtered; the filtrate was concentrated under heating at 70°C (the filtrate was concentrated to a water content of 95%), then centrifuged, and ethanol solution (mass concentration: 75%) alcohol precipitation for 24 hours, filtered, and the precipitate was freeze-dried to obtain copper algae crude polysaccharide.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics and particularly relates to a sargassum horneri crude polysaccharide skin cream and a preparation method thereof. The sargassum horneri crude polysaccharide skin cream comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-10 percent of Sargassum horneri crude polysaccharide, 8-12 percent of humectant, 0.5-1 percent of preservative, 0.5-1 percent of antioxidant, 2-4 percent of nutrition additive, 10-15 percent of oily raw materials, 1-2 percent of thickener, 0.2-0.4 percent of metal ion chelating agent, 0.2-0.4 percent of neutralizer, 1-2 percent of brightening agent, 0.05-0.1 percent of antisensitive agent, 0.3-0.5 percent of rose essential oil and the balance of deionized water. Tests prove that the skin cream has good total antioxidant capacity; after the skin cream is used for three days, the moisture content of the skin is increased by more than 230 percent, the collagen fiber content of the skin is increased by more than 78 percent, and the skin elasticity is improved by more than 235 percent. The sargassum horneri crude polysaccharide skin cream is a skin care product which is low in cost and has a remarkable beautifying effect.
