The method includes fertilizing after mulberry seedlings are planted; in spring of the first year, pruning at positions being 20cm away from the ground after field planting; in early May, performing bud thinning, namely selecting and remaining 2-3 strong buds which healthy and strong in growing of upper portions and uniform in insertion position for each plant and cultivating the buds on each plant to be 2-3 branches; in early July, pinching at positions being 45cm away from the ground, cultivating to be first sub-branches, and taking pruned green leaves as leaves for summer silkworms of five years old; in early August, performing bud thinning, retaining 4-6 branches for each plant, and cultivating to be second sub-branches; in late November, performing forced top clipping; in spring of the second year, without performing spring pruning, performing summer pruning and fist determining at positions being 65cm away from the ground until the late May, retaining 3-5 fists for each plant, and cultivating to be tree shapes.
