On-site watering and maintenance method for measuring marker stones in low temperature environment in high latitude areas

A low-temperature environment, high-latitude technology, applied in the direction of measuring point marks, permanent markers, landmarks, etc., can solve the problems of slowing down of concrete hardening, affecting the quality of concrete, and no increase in strength, so as to shorten the setting time, simple and fast Heat release, cheap effect

Problems solved by technology

[0002] Measuring markers are generally buried in highlands such as hilltops. In high latitude areas, the temperature in winter is very low. During the solidification process of concrete markers poured on site, when the temperature drops close to 0°C, the hardening speed of the concrete slows down and the strength is almost No more growth; when the temperature is lower than -3°C, the hydration of the concrete stops completely, and the free water inside will start to freeze, resulting in "ice swelling stress", which will cause the volume of the incompletely dried concrete body to expand, and the surface layer will freeze and crack Form cracks or freeze into scale-like fragments, which seriously affect the quality of concrete and cause the marker stone to be scrapped

Embodiment 1

[0024] root tree figure 1 Shown, a kind of high-latitude area low temperature environment surveys the spot watering maintenance method of the marker stone: its steps are as follows:

[0025] (1) Optimal cement varieties;

[0026] (2) Choose sand and gravel with small particle size, sand diameter 1.1---1.5mm, stone diameter 1---3cm, properly reduce the water-cement ratio to form concrete;

[0027] (3) When the on-site watering is completed to measure the marked stones, the ratio of water, ash, and sand to gravel is 1:2.5:7, and the water at a temperature of 20-25°C is used to fully stir, and the water is poured quickly before the temperature is lower than 15°C;

[0028] (4) Without taking out the formwork, backfill the soil directly to make it level with the ground;

[0029] (5) At a height of 3-5cm from the standard surface, make a bamboo pole support frame;

[0030] (6) Cover the bamboo pole support frame with 3---5cm thick dry straw;

[0031] (7) Cover the straw with 5-1...

Abstract

An on-site pouring maintenance method of a survey monument in a high-latitude area and a low-temperature environment is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) optimizing a cement variety; (2) choosing sand stones with small particle size, and appropriately reducing a water-cement ratio; (3) completing on-site pouring of the survey monument; (4) without taking out a template, directly backfilling with soil, so as to make flat with the ground; (5) preparing a bamboo pole support frame at a height of 3-5 cm above the standard surface; (6) covering the bamboo pole support frame with dry rice straws or stipa capillata linn and other hays with the thickness of 3-5 cm; (7) covering the rice straws with quick lime with the thickness of 5-10 cm, and allowing the quick lime to be separated by the rice straws; and (8) covering the quick lime material layer with a plastic thin film. The method has the advantages that with utilization of a theory that slaked lime and a large amount of heat are produced in a chemical reaction generated in a water absorption process of the quick lime, a heat preservation effect is played; the concrete coagulation time is greatly shortened, the maintenance function on the survey measurement is played, and a simple-operation, efficient and rapid pouring maintenance of the survey monument is achieved; and the method is low in price, simple and rapid, and efficient in heat release.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of making measurement markers, in particular to a maintenance method for pouring concrete markers in the field under low temperature environmental conditions of 0°C to minus 25°C in high latitude areas. Background technique [0002] Measuring markers are generally buried in highlands such as hilltops. In high latitude areas, the temperature in winter is very low. During the solidification process of concrete markers poured on site, when the temperature drops close to 0°C, the hardening speed of the concrete slows down and the strength is almost No more growth; when the temperature is lower than -3°C, the hydration of the concrete stops completely, and the free water inside will start to freeze, resulting in "ice swelling stress", which will cause the volume of the incompletely dried concrete body to expand, and the surface layer will freeze and crack Cracks are formed or cracked into scale-like fragments, which seriou...
