Embodiment Construction

[0016] Such as figure 1 As shown, the cooling type infrared detector safety plus power-off system of the present invention includes a management module, a control module, and a power module. The cooled infrared detector is a long-wave infrared detector. The safe power-on working temperature of the infrared detector is 150K, that is, when the infrared detector Dewar temperature is lower than 150K, the infrared detector can safely power on and work. Considering the design margin, in the system design, the safe power-on temperature of the infrared detector is selected as 100K, and the safe power-off temperature of the infrared detector is 135K. There are two temperature measuring diodes in the infrared detector Dewar. The control module includes a constant current source and an operational amplifier; the constant current source provides the bias current required for the work of the first temperature-measuring diode and the second temperature-measuring diode inside the infrared d...

Abstract

The invention discloses a safety power-on and power-off system of a refrigerating type infrared detector. The safety power-on and power-off system comprises a management module, a control module and a power module. The control module provides bias currents needed by work of two circuits of temperature measuring diodes, amplifies signals of the two circuits of temperature measuring diodes and sends the signals to the management module. The management module collects two circuits of temperature remote signals in a time delay mode and judges whether the two circuits of temperature remote signals reach the working temperature of the infrared detector or not in an OR logic mode. When one circuit of temperature remote signal reaches the working temperature of the infrared detector, a power-on command of the detector is sent to the power module, and the power module provides a power source to enable the infrared detector to work. After the power-on work of the infrared detector is conducted, the management module monitors the two circuits of temperature remote signals, and whether the two circuits of temperature remote signals are higher than the working temperature of the infrared detector or not is judged through an AND logic mode. When the two circuits of temperature remote signals are both higher than the working temperature of the infrared detector, a power-off command of the detector is sent to the power module, and the power module stops supplying power to the infrared detector.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of spaceflight optical remote sensing, and relates to a cooling-type infrared detector safety plus power-off system. Background technique [0002] At present, the widely used infrared detectors generally need to work in the low temperature environment of about 60K ~ 120K. Infrared detectors can be damaged when they are operated above their required operating temperature. For space applications, due to the impact of space particle effects, the possibility of power-on or power-off of infrared detectors in abnormal conditions increases sharply, thus affecting the completion of space infrared detection tasks. [0003] In general, the infrared detector in the infrared imaging system only outputs the bias current required for the operation of the temperature measuring diode through the video processor. The bias current is sent to a temperature-measuring diode in the infrared detector Dewar. The video processor ...
