Abstract

The invention provides an indirect low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination system by using waste heat of an exhaust gas of a ship engine. The system comprises a low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination device, a low-temperature steam generating device and a waste heat recovery device arranged in an exhaust pipeline of the engine. Pretreated and preheated seawater enters into the low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination device to be desalinated, wherein the first effect gas inlet and a condensation water outlet in the low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination device are connected with the low-temperature steam generating device through a pipeline, and the low-temperature steam generating device is connected with the waste heat recovery device through an ascending pipe and a descending pipe. On the premise that the waste heat recovery device is easily corroded by acidic dews, the waste heat of exhaust gas of the engine is fully utilized, so that the system can provide a heat source to the low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination device so as to generate steam or hot water at temperatures required by the low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination device.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a seawater desalination technology for marine ships, in particular to an indirect low-temperature multi-effect seawater desalination system using the exhaust heat of ship engines. Background technique [0002] As far as large-tonnage ships are concerned, only about 50% of the thermal energy produced by diesel fuel is converted into the output of the diesel engine, and the rest is discharged outside the ship through exhaust gas and cooling water, causing a lot of energy waste. How to recycle this part of energy has become the primary choice for energy saving and emission reduction of ships. [0003] When ships work in the open sea, personnel and ship power equipment need to consume a lot of fresh water. If all the huge fresh water consumption is carried by ships, it will inevitably reduce the deadweight tonnage, and if the fresh water is stored for too long, it will deteriorate due to the pollution of the water tank and the growth of ...
