Abstract

The invention discloses a feed mixing section of a riser reactor, belonging to the technical field of catalytic cracking units used for oil refining. The feed mixing section is of a cavity structure; the outer layer of the cavity structure is a metal material, the inner layer of the cavity structure is a lining material, the middle part of the cavity structure is a cylindrical cavity which is formed by a plurality of protruding strips, wherein the plurality of protruding strips are formed by the inner-layer lining material extending towards the cylindrical cavity; after respective reducing of two ends of the cylindrical cavity, a lower circular boss and an upper circular boss are formed and are coaxially communicated with channels of a pre-rising section and a final reaction section; the joint of the pre-rising section and the feed mixing section is provided with a plurality of feeding nozzles; and a steam coil pipe is arranged on the inner wall of the cylindrical cavity and above the outlet ends of the feeding nozzles, and the coil plane of the steam coil pipe is perpendicular to the axis of the feed mixing section, and open pores of the steam coil pipe are arranged in an up-and-down manner. The feed mixing section obviously improves radial concentration distribution of a particle phase; and the structure of the feed mixing section eliminates an uncovered area formed by the raw oil jet face of a traditional riser.
