Abstract

The invention relates to an ecological reservoir capacity determination method oriented toward ecological environmental protection and used for a reservoir to be built, and belongs to the technical field of environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources. According to the human economic society water demand, ecological environment water demand and natural water supply amount of upstream rivers, beginning and ending time when the reservoir needs to supplement drained water is determined as a water supply duration of the reservoir in one year; insufficient water volumes of different time periods of the water supply duration are calculated and accumulated to obtain the total adjustment reservoir capacity of the reservoir to be built under the natural water supply amount, and the adjustment reservoir capacity is distributed according to the proportion of water demands of the water supply duration of the reservoir; finally an ecological reservoir capacity frequency curve is drawn through calculation of the reservoir capacity of different years, and the ecological reservoir capacity meeting the requirements of design dependability is obtained.
