The method comprises the following steps of: firstly charging a battery to be measured fully in a normal temperature environment, discharging by using standard discharge current, and measuring the standard discharge capacity of the battery to be measured; then charging the battery to be measured fully, then discharging by using a plurality of kinds of discharge current different from the standard discharge current, and respectively recording corresponding battery voltage and battery discharge capacity in the discharging process at regular time intervals; measuring and calculating the corresponding battery discharge capacity of the battery to be measured in different charge states by taking the standard discharge capacity of the battery to be measured as a standard, finding the battery voltage of the corresponding battery discharge capacity in the same charge state under different discharge current from the data, and fitting discharge current and discharge voltage which are in the same charge state into a straight line, wherein the slope of the straight line is the DC internal resistance in the charge stage. The method disclosed by the invention is easy to operate, accurate in data and favorable to know the DC internal resistance of the battery in different charge states.
