A light-transmitting carrier is combined with a light-transmitting plate; a heat storage space is formed between the light-transmitting carrier and the light-transmitting plate; and aerogel coats the light-transmitting carrier and is positioned on the bottom surface and the peripheral side faces of the heat storage space. After solar energy comprising sunlight and solar heat passes through the light-transmitting plate, the solar heat is kept in the heat storage space through blockage of the aerogel, and the sunlight can penetrate through the aerogel and the light-transmitting plate. Furthermore, a thermoelectric conversion module is combined with the heat storage space to perform thermoelectric conversion, and a photoelectric conversion module is arranged on a light path on which the sunlight penetrates through the solar light-heat separator to perform photoelectric conversion. Through adoption of the solar light-heat separator, the effect of effectively separating the sunlight and the solar heat can be achieved, the photoelectric conversion module has high conversion efficiency, and meanwhile the solar energy can be applied as energy of a wider wavelength.
