A center line of the output end is connected with neutral points (the connecting point C1 and the connecting point C2) in a 650V direct-current circuit through a fourth inductor L4. On one hand, the requirement for phase voltage deviation when loads are asymmetrical is met, and on the other hand, electromagnetic interference on a digital control circuit and external power utilization equipment from an IPM circuit is effectively restrained.
