Abstract

The invention discloses a hybrid modulation system and method of an interlaced flyback photovoltaic grid-connected mini-type inverter. A photovoltaic module is switched in an alternating current power grid through the interlaced flyback inverter. The interlaced flyback inverter comprises a main-phase controllable switch and an auxiliary-phase controllable switch. A power grid voltage and current sampling unit composed of an overturning circuit, a current sampling module and a voltage sampling module, an MPPT unit connected with the output end of the photovoltaic module, a drive signal generating unit comprising a current regulator, a current reference signal generating module and a multiplying unit which is connected with the MPPT unit and a rectifying circuit are arranged between the photovoltaic module and the alternating current power grid. The current regulator is used for controlling on-off of the main-phase controllable switch and the auxiliary-phase controllable switch so as to control the working state of the interlaced flyback inverter. Due to the fact that the strategy of two-phase DCM and one-phase DCM hybrid modulation is adopted in a half power frequency period, the main loss of the inverter is optimized according to the load current, and therefore the inverter can run in an efficient and high-power mode within the whole load range.
