Abstract

The dilating end is arranged at the far end of the pincer-shaped body and comprises a thigh-bone-side part and a tibia-side part. The thigh-bone-side part comprises a U-shaped dilating plate and a bearing-type device. The U-shaped dilating plate is divided into the inner side and the outer side which correspond to the medial malleolus and the lateral malleolus at the far end of the thigh bone after bone cutting in the TKA. The bearing-type device is arranged at the root of the U-shaped dilating plate and provided with scale marks which correspond to the thigh-bone outward-rotation angle of a trapezoid gap during prosthesis buckling. The inner side and the outer side of the U-shaped dilating plate can rotate around the bearing-type device. The tibia-side part is a rectangular dilating plate similar to the cross section of the tibial plateau in shape. The dilator is simple in structure and low in cost, the two-side intervals on the thigh-bone side and the tibia side can be compared at the same time, balance between the inner side and the outer side of the knee joint in the TKA is guaranteed, and convenience is brought to clinic popularization.
