Abstract

The invention provides a temperature sensing device, a switched capacitor device and a voltage integration circuit. The voltage integrator circuit includes an operational amplifier, a capacitor, and a current source. An operational amplifier has a non-inverting input, an inverting input, and an output. The output of the operational amplifier generates an output voltage and its non-inverting input receives a reference voltage. The capacitor is coupled between the output terminal and the inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier. The current source is coupled to the output terminal of the operational amplifier. The current source draws a replica current from the capacitor, and the level of the replica current is determined by the level of current flowing into the inverting input of the operational amplifier.
