The stripping method comprises the following steps: S1. selecting two three-layer composite membranes for the medicinal packaging, and folding inner layers of the two composite membranes oppositely together; S2. putting the folded composite membranes on a heat-seal instrument for carrying out heat seal for 1-3 seconds; S3. tearing the membranes apart immediately after the heat seal, stripping the outer layers of the composite membranes, and keeping the middle layers of the composite membranes; and S4. carrying out infrared identification on the obtained middle layers by adopting an attenuated total reflection method.
