However, at present, the matrix of luminous fiber is mainly polyester, nylon or polypropylene resin, and there are very few reports of luminous polyurethane fiber. Therefore, the development of luminous polyurethane fiber not only increases the variety of differentiated products but also broadens the application range of polyurethane fiber

Embodiment 1
[0020] Add 10Kg of polytetrahydrofuran ether diol into 5.385Kg of N,N-dimethylacetamide solution, stir at high speed for 3 hours; then add 2.3Kg of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, Polymerization was carried out for 2 hours. Add 14.68Kg of N,N-dimethylacetamide to prepare a prepolymer solution.
[0021] Cool the prepolymer solution to below 15°C, and gradually add the N,N-dimethylacetamide solution containing 0.216Kg of ethylenediamine, 0.014Kg of propylenediamine and 0.038Kg of diethylamine (the concentration of the amine is 3%) carry out chain extension reaction and chain termination reaction;
[0022] The rare earth aluminate material was dried at 100°C for 2 hours, added to N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC), and ground for 7 hours in a grinder; then the ground rare earth aluminate solution was placed in an ultrasonic oscillator Medium-ultrasonic dispersion for 3 hours to obtain a stable rare earth aluminate dispersion with a concentration of 35%.

Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a rare earth aluminate polyurethane elastic fiber capable of emitting long afterglow. The method comprises several steps as follows: (1) fully reacting polyalcohol with diisocyanate and adding a solvent for fully dissolution to obtain a -NCO-terminated prepolymer polyurethane formate solution; (2) performing chain extension and chain termination on the prepolymer solution with a mixed amine solution to produce a polyurethane urea stock solution; (3) adding 10wt% of a rare earth aluminate luminescent material to a polyurethane urea solution for curing, and spinning the polyurethane elastic fiber from the polyurethane urea solution by the aid of a dry spinning system. The polyurethane elastic fiber prepared with an in-situ polymerization method can be excited by visible light or fluorescence to emit blue afterglow with the wavelength ranging from 450 nm to 500 nm and the strength of about 3 cd / m<2>, the fiber has the very lasting glowing effect, the service life of the afterglow is longer than 10 h, and the fiber is non-toxic and harmless and has no adverse effect on the environment and human bodies.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of polymer material production, and in particular relates to a method for preparing blue long afterglow polyurethane elastic fibers by in-situ polymerization. The blue long afterglow polyurethane elastic fiber produced by the invention has a more durable luminous effect, does not need to be dyed in subsequent processing, and has good mechanical properties at the same time. Background technique [0002] Long afterglow fiber is also called luminous fiber, which has the function of capturing excited state electrons when it is irradiated by light, and making a continuous luminous transition after the irradiation stops. As long as the luminous fiber absorbs any visible light for 10 minutes, it can store light energy in the fiber, continue to glow in the dark for more than 10 hours and can be recycled infinitely. It is non-toxic and harmless, and the radioactivity does not exceed the standard, meeting the human safety stan...
