The connecting device comprises a clamping part and a positioning part, wherein the positioning part comprises a part of pipe body, which directly faces the liquid inlet end of a liquid inlet / outlet hole of the collecting pipe, on the connecting pipe and a circular convex ring which is correspondingly arranged at the liquid inlet / outlet hole of the collecting pipe; positioning structures through which the connecting pipe and the circular convex ring are clamped and sleeved together are respectively arranged at the tail end of the pipe body of the connecting pipe and the circular convex ring; the clamping part comprises an arc-shaped bottom part and an upper conical part; a through hole for the connecting pipe to penetrate is formed in the center of the clamping part; a limiting block which is used for limiting the clamping part is arranged on the outer wall of the pipe body, at the liq1uid inlet end, of the connecting pipe.
