The components, except the liquor, are placed in a container with addition of the liquor. The container is sealed and the components are soaked in the liquor for 15 days. Filtration is carried out to remove residues to obtain the unprocessed rehmannia root chrysanthemum liquor. The unprocessed rehmannia root chrysanthemum liquor has effects of tonifying liver and kidney and boosting yin blood, is mainly used for treating deficiency of essence and blood and withered appearance in elder people. The unprocessed rehmannia root chrysanthemum liquor is taken orally with a dosage being 10-20ml by two times per day.
