The chain stopper comprises a plurality of identical U-shaped stopping sheets; the two sides of the opening end of each U-shaped stopping sheet are each provided with a connecting opening; and the connecting openings in each U-shaped stopping sheet are correspondingly connected with the positioning slots in the positioning column in a matched manner. One end of each adjusting screw penetrates the corresponding through hole in the adjusting screw positioning column; and a cross-shaped groove is formed in the other end of each adjusting screw. The fixing support is detachably arranged on each of two sides of an endoscope base plate. A screw hole is formed in the lateral face of the screw fixing sheet.
