The method comprises the following steps of a, downwards hanging an impeller from a connecting part of a cabin, and arranging a blade air sweeping plane which is parallel with the ground; b, detaching blades and the old pitch bearing as a whole from a wheel hub, and hanging and moving out of a flow guide cover; c, detaching the old pitch bearing, and installing and connecting a new pitch-regulated bearing and the blades together; d, installing the new pitch-regulated bearing and the blades as a whole onto the wheel hub. The method has the advantages that the pitch bearing can be replaced at site, the replacement cycle of the pitch-regulated bearing can be obviously shortened, and the replacement cost of the pitch bearing is reduced.
