The method comprises the step that a pipeline strain monitoring portion, a pipeline and environment temperature monitoring portion, a support displacement monitoring portion, a pipe clamp pressure monitoring portion and a remote control portion are included; the pipeline strain monitoring portion is used for measuring axial strain of the pipeline; the pipeline and environment temperature monitoring portion is used for measuring running temperature of the pipeline and environment temperature inside a tunnel; the support displacement monitoring portion is used for measuring relative displacement between a support bottom plate and a tunnel ground foundation; and the pipe clamp pressure monitoring portion is used for monitoring pipe clamp pressure changes. The online monitoring method can achieve continuous monitoring of the tunnel internal pipeline and transmits safety conditions of the tunnel internal pipeline, the support and the pipe clamp to a remote analysis terminal in real time.
