The method is divided into two modes: one is a network RTD mode comprising the following steps: a PDT core network periodically sends initial satellite positioning information of each base station at local area to a CORS data center, and then a base station satellite positioning module computes an accurate position in combination with pseudo-range differential information sent by the CORS data center; the second mode is a network RTK mode comprising the following steps: the PDT core network periodically sends satellite observation information of each base station at local area to the CORS data center, and the CORS data center directly computes the accurate position of each base station according to an area differential data model, and then sends the position to each base station. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the positioning precision of the PDT base station in single satellite positioning is 10m; through the adoption of the method disclosed by the invention, with the CORS network, the satellite positioning module supporting the RTD technology is built in the base station, the positioning precision can be improved to sub-meter level by adopting the RTD mode; the satellite positioning module supporting the RTK technology is built in the base station, the positioning precision can be improved to centimeter-level by adopting the network RTK mode.
