Abstract

The device for wiping glass comprises two adhesive discs respectively provided with a lifting mechanism which is used for making the adhesive disc being close or keeping away from the glass; two lifting mechanisms are connected through a feed mechanism and used for changing the horizontal distance of two adhesive discs; the upper parts of two adhesive discs are respectively provided with a rotating mechanism, which is used for rotating the adhesive disc along the vertical direction; a liquid injection mechanism is arranged for injecting the clear water or washing liquid; a wiping mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the adhesive disc and used for wiping the glass; each adhesive disc is connected with a vacuum generator and the adhesive disc is absorbed to the surface of the glass; a monitoring unit comprises a negative pressure sensor arranged in the adhesive disc, and a gravity sensor and a collision detector arranged outside the adhesive disc; a control unit is used for controlling the device for wiping glass for working according to the preset program and the monitoring signal feedback of the monitoring unit; the conventional work mode for manual operation of prior art is replaced by the device for wiping glass.
