Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for lowering the action impact of excavating machines, and an excavating machine. The method comprises the following steps: calculating the accelerated speed of the change of the oil pressure of a pilot control loop; performing comparison and judging whether the accelerated speed is larger than a set value or not, if yes, reducing the output flow of a main hydraulic pump through an electromagnetic proportional pressure reducing valve. The device provided by the invention comprises an oil-pressure sensor, a computer, a comparator and a controller, wherein the computer is used for calculating the accelerated speed of the change of the oil pressure of the pilot control loop; the comparator is used for comparing the accelerated speed and the set value and judging whether the accelerated speed is larger than the set value or not; the controller is used for reducing the output flow of the main hydraulic pump if the accelerated speed is larger than the set value. The excavating machine provided by the invention comprises the main hydraulic pump, the electromagnetic proportional pressure reducing valve, a main valve, a pilot system, and the device for lowering the action impact of excavating machines.
