Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the stems and buds of new tips of the new Chuannong huangyazao tea cultivar are taken as raw material to prepare the yellow tea; a tea base is prepared by an improved yellow tea processing technology, and the yellow tea is molded by adding edible dry flowers.
