Abstract

The bulking agent is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 25 to 35 percent of starch, 10 to 15 percent of calcium carbonate, 25 to 30 percent of ammonium bicarbonate, 5 to 15 percent of anhydrous potassium aluminium sulfate and 15 to 25 percent of mono calcium phosphate. In the preparing process of the bulking agent, each component raw material is sufficiently dried and ground and is sieved into fine powder by a 120-mesh sieving machine and then the fine powder is uniformly mixed and stirred for 20 to 30min in a stirring machine. The bulking agent has the benefits of improving a fermentation temperature of an organic fertilizer pile body, shortening fermentation time, shortening a matured period of each raw material, reducing mechanical overturning energy consumption and grinding energy consumption of the subsequent workshop section and the like.
