Abstract

The invention discloses a self-heating vulcanization device which includes a pot body. A pot cover is connected to the pot body. A wind scooper, an air blower and a vulcanization trolley are arranged inside the pot body, wherein the wind scooper separates the air blower from the vulcanization trolley. A heating coil is installed on an outer wall of the pot body and is wrapped by a rock wool fiber heat insulation layer. One end of the heating coil is connected to an air inlet pipe and the other end of the heating coil is connected to an air outlet pipe. An automatic pump is installed on a pipeline of the air inlet pipe and is electrically connected to a controller. The self-heating vulcanization device is simple in structure, is reasonable in design and is convenient to operate. The interior of the pot is easy to clean so that the device is prolonged in service life. The device is heated directly through external steam, wherein the automatic pump is arranged at the inlet of steam. The automatic pump is started when the temperature in the device is lower than a preset temperature while the automatic pump is closed when the temperature in the device is higher than the preset temperature, so that the operation temperature is controllable. The air blower can homogenize the temperature in the pot, thereby increasing the vulcanization efficiency.
