The method is simple in technology and flexible to implement and increases the automation degree of wallboard forming. The method includes the steps that first, through a board conveying mechanism, bottom boards are placed below a die frame; then the die frame is pulled downwards, the bottom boards are clamped, and then through a distributing mechanism, the materials for manufacturing the wallboards are laid inside the die frame; then on a forming table, through a die head, the materials for manufacturing the wallboards are extruded; meanwhile, a vibration motor is used for vibrating the materials for manufacturing the wallboards for vibration slurry removal; then, after completion, the die frame is lifted, the bottom boards are pushed out, and therefore pressing forming of the wallboards is completed.
