The hard Fe-Al2O3-Mo material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 24-35 parts of Fe, 45-62 parts of Al2O3, 17 parts of Mo, 1 part of TiO2 and 0.17-0.49 part of microelements, wherein the microelements are MN, Sn, B and Cr. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a nanosphere of Fe-Al2O3-Mo employing a gas atomization method; and mixing the prepared nanosphere with Mn, Sn, B and Cr employing an active agent protection method, so as to prepare nano powder.
