Abstract

The invention particularly relates to an inducing method for a maguey bulblet. The method comprises the following steps: taking materials; preparing a culture medium; carrying out disinfection treatment on the materials; carrying out induced cultivation on the bulblet; carrying out enrichment culture; carrying out root induction; and carrying out plant regeneration. The invention aims at providing an inducing method for a maguey bulblet. A technical support is provided for scale management and industrialization. Plump maguey bulblets are selected as the inducing material, and are subjected to induced cultivation in a sterile condition for 20-30 days, so as to germinate strong sprouts; and a lot of proliferation buds can be produced after enrichment culture for 35-50 days, so that the propagation coefficient is high; the proliferation time is short; the growth process is greatly shortened; seedlings can be formed after root induction for 25-35 days; the transplanting survival rate can be up to over 93%; a lot of cost is reduced; the survival rate after the seedlings are transplanted is high; and the seedlings are healthy, forceful, good in growth vigor, regular and consistent.
