The invention discloses health-care tea which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12-50 parts of red dates, 6-20 parts of lucid ganoderma, 5-50 parts of ramulus mori, 2-6 parts of momordica grosvenori and 6-20 parts of Chinese wolfberries. A boiling method of the health-care tea comprises the steps: axially cutting cleaned ramulus mori sections; adding 1.5L of water and soaking the ramulus mori sections for 15-120 minutes; then adding momordica grosvenori and boiling the mixture and then adding the Chinese wolfberries and boiling the mixture for 3-5 minutes; and then adding the red dates and lucid ganoderma and boiling the mixture for 5-8 minutes. By taking edible materials as the raw materials of the health-care tea, no additives are added, so that the health-care tea not only can maintain beauty and keep young and improve the immunity, but also can alleviate symptoms of white hair, diabetes and leuconychia.
