The heat radiation rack assembly contains sheet metal flat plates, aluminium pipes, and radiating fins; the radiating fins are distributed at the middle parts of the aluminium pipes at equal intervals along the axis directions of the aluminium pipes; the aluminium pipes are distributed horizontally side by side along the rear side length directions of the radiating fins; and the rear parts of the radiating fins are connected with the outer surfaces of the aluminium pipes. The left ends of the aluminium pipes are connected by one sheet metal flat plate and the right ends of the aluminium pipes are connected by one sheet metal flat plate. The heating tube assemblies are respectively installed in the aluminium pipes in a sleeving mode.
