According to the invention, functions of automatic testing and diagnoses of meteorological observation equipment and the like can be realized; and universality and extendibility are high. A plurality of interfaces are formed in the analog signal source and the sensor signal acquisition board. Temperature, humidity, rainfall, wind speed, wind direction, air pressure, soil moisture, visibility and new sensors can be connected to the system. All components are independent of each other.
